A perfect cold cooler on a hot Maldivian day
Ingredients
1 cup of cubed watermelon
1 cup of fresh coconut water
Juice of half a lime or Lemon
5 small ice cubes
6 leaves of fresh mint and spring for Garnish
Add the above ingredients to a blender, blending the watermelon, coconut water, lime juice, mint leaves and ice cubes together. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and icy. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and some water melon cubes.
